Project Overview:
Built in 2023, this custom post-frame building for Waldoch Farm Inc. was designed to support both agricultural operations and visitor-facing experiences. Located on a working farm that welcomes the public, the building blends functional storage and workspace with a more approachable, customer-friendly front area.
This dual-purpose design allows the space to serve day-to-day operational needs while also creating a comfortable environment for guests, whether stopping by for seasonal activities, farm experiences, or retail offerings.


The Building:
This 60’ x 104’ x 20’ post-frame building features a gable roof design and is engineered for durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
The exterior pairs white steel wall panels with a bold red roof and coordinated trim for a clean, classic farm aesthetic that aligns with the surrounding property. Large overhead doors provide easy access for equipment and materials, while windows introduce natural light into interior work areas.
As a full turnkey project, Walters Buildings completed the structure with insulation, concrete flooring, overhead doors, and integrated HVAC and plumbing systems, all supporting both operational functionality and a more comfortable interior environment for staff and visitors alike.
