As a wholesale plumbing distributor, The Ranvier Group needed a new office with ample warehouse space to accommodated their growing needs.

The post frame warehouse measures 72' wide by 120' long with 18' height for the warehouse racking. The front office features stone wainscot as trim that transitions to a steel wainscot on the backside of the building.

The clear panel eave lights allow natural lighting into the warehouse. The back features four overhead doors for easy shipping and receiving operations with a single walk door. The entire project features four cupolas to provide a decorative touch.

The entire project is a great blend of the functionality, simplicity and beauty that a steel post frame building can offer as an industrial solution.
