When Northwoods Furniture & Mattress needed extra warehouse space for their retail operations, they called the experts at Walters Buildings.
This commercial warehouse is 126' long X 88' wide with a height of 20' to allow for industrial racking inside. The interior features a steel panel liner package with drop down lighting and a small mezzanine for additional storage. There is a loading dock at the front the building and a rear overhead door protected by bollards for smaller loads.
The exterior of the building features Walters 28-gauge steel panels with a ivory side/end walls, a forest green roof and wainscot with brown trim.
