This pole barn house is 42' wide by 80' long and features a wraparound porch with stone wainscot for the front entrance. The steel panels on the home are charcoal with a copper roof.
The rustic interior of the post frame home resembles a hunting cabin thanks to the wood paneling. The living room opens up to a loft with sleeping quarters and an additional master bedroom. The dual overhead doors open up to a large garage for boat, motorcycle and ATV storage with an additional loft with exercise equipment. The insulated garage with a steel liner package keeps it functional year round.
The home was built with superior energy efficiency as it features sprayed foam in the walls (R-21 value) and blown insulation in the ceiling (R-50 value) with an Energy Star XT-40 Roof Paint System.
