This pole barn is half basketball court and half equipment storage. The entire pole barn measures 48' x 72' with a 16' eave height. The front side of the building features two large overhead doors for equipment access. The storage side has a set of stairs that leads to a loft overlooking the basketball court.
With a partition wall down the middle, the other half of the pole barn is an insulated basketball court with a modine heater to keep the facility comfortable all year round. The windows are set high on the side walls to allow in natural light, while preventing possible damage from an errant basketballs!
