These mini-storage buildings were built over several years as a staged development. As one building reached occupancy limits - another building was constructed on the same property.
Built as a post frame building using our patented column system and our Walters' steel panels, the project features smaller lockers built into the end-wall for renters who need less space. The red doors make the entire project highly visible from the road to leave a lasting impression with potential customers. Bollards on the corners of the building protect the buildings from careless drivers.
