Luxury Timber Frame Home

February 15, 2019 by

Location: Waddy, Kentucky

Year Built: 2018

Award Won: 1st Place in Residential Buildings at the 2018 National Frame Building Association Awards.

This timber frame house is at the peak of luxury post and beam homes. The beautiful, exposed timber trusses match the rustic, reclaimed barnwood floors. While a large wooden door warmly greets guests from the front, a patio with floor to floor windows waits for them on the back of the house. The interior features a loft with two attached rooms, a wide, open concept living room that leads into a state-of-the-art kitchen and a sleek master bedroom on the lower level.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
