Jeptha Creed Distillery

February 18, 2019 by

Location: Shelbyville, Kentucky

Year Built: 2016

Award Won: Judges’ Award (Best in Show Award) at the 2016 National Frame Building Association Awards.

The Jeptha Creed Distillery is a truly beautiful post and beam building. The exposed timber trusses in the interior and on the exterior put it leagues above any other buildings in its category. The building itself serves as a distillery, but it also serves as a venue with a bar and meeting room. The large open space makes it feel inviting as though it was asking for more customers to come in.

We've worked on other projects with Jeptha Creed Distillery as well. We converted an older 6-post pavilion into a beautiful rustic bandstand for the back patio.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
