Through either a phone call or filling out the Contact form on our web page, your preliminary information will be routed to one of our outstanding District Managers.
Within 48 hours, the District Manager assigned to your vision will contact you to set up an appointment.
Your highly experienced District Manager will visit your site and discuss your vision.
A formal written proposal is prepared, typically within one week of the visit.
Your District Manager will meet with you to present the proposal along with any preliminary drawings.
Accepting the Proposal
When you are satisfied with the proposal, and you have selected all of your options and accessories, a signed copy along with the down payment will be picked up by your District Manager.
Your District Manager will work with you on tentative start dates.
Once the signed proposal is received, our team of highly-trained drafters and engineers will begin final design on your project. They will ensure that your building meets current building code requirements and can withstand your regions expected snow loads and wind shear.
After final design is submitted, Walters Buildings will begin producing all of your material. Your steel panels will be rolled in Allenton, Wisconsin. Your trusses will be manufactured in Fairfield, Illinois.
Once your material has been prepared, your District Manager will coordinate a delivery and start date with you.
Throughout the project, your District Manager will be your sole point of contact working with our crews to ensure a successful and enjoyable process for your building.
A walk-through will be scheduled to view the finished project and verify that all loose ends are tied up. An invoice is presented and the final balance is collected at this time.
A satisfaction survey is also given, providing you with an opportunity to give us feedback on the project and our staff. We strongly encourage you to provide feedback and on line reviews and referrals.
