The School District of Cedarburg partnered with Walters Buildings in the fall of 2019 to build a new maintenance garage and office building for their Building and Grounds Department.

The custom designed post frame building measures 60' x 120' with a 12' heel height. The maintenance garage features five overhead doors with an in-floor drainage system. There is an additional overhead door on the end wall for easy access throughout the maintenance building.

The interior of the building features office space, a breakroom, bathrooms, a kitchenette and storage/filing for past projects and blueprints. This was a turnkey project and included the insulation, sitework, concrete, overhead doors, drywall, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

The end results is a maintenance garage that the School District of Cedarburg can be proud of to help maintain their schools for decades to come.
